Hamburg is one of the richest cities in Europe with a well-developed support system. Despite this large number of institutions and aid agencies, are several thousand people living on the street. At the same time, retailers often complain about economic damage from the residence of beggars and homeless people in downtown and calls the "big broom."
But why people live on the street? What support services exist in Hamburg, and suffice you? What must be done to improve the situation?
